We are actively looking for the following properties in London and the Home Counties to purchase or work with the property owners on.

Although the below are our ideal requirements we will look at all types of property, judging each on their individual merits so why not get in touch.
Office
Freehold Office Buildings
We are looking buy or work with owners who have freehold office properties. Ideally, we are looking for detached properties (not critical) and between 500 - 10,000 sq ft.
Retail
Freehold Shop & Upper Floors
We are looking buy or work with owners who have freehold retail properties. This includes shops, mini-supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, estate agents etc.
Ideally these premises will range between 500-10,000 sq ft.
Residential
Ground Rent, Freehold Titles
We are looking to
buy
ground rent investments, ideally detached blocks of flats.
Flats & Houses
We are looking to buy or work with owners who have freehold and leasehold residential properties, where value can be added. This might be through extending a short lease, refurbishment, renovation, or building an extension.
Garages and Light Industrial Units
Garages/Storage Units
We are looking for garages, lockups and storage units to purchase.
Light Industrial Units
We are looking to purchase, period, light industrial units in semi residential areas.
